Courtney has been an integral part of my yoga journey. Her guidance has always been authentic and personal. She approaches classes in a humble and grounded way, never hesitating to share her own lessons of personal growth on and off the mat. I think that’s the key to the community she cultivates between herself and her students. When I was newly certified as a 200hr teacher, Courtney helped me to find my own voice and style by reminding me to remove fear and ego from the experience to really connect with my practice, myself, and the yogis that practice with me. When I moved away, losing my regular practice in classes with her was such a hard thing! Thank goodness she has amazing videos on her website so I could continue practicing with her on the go!
