My private yoga sessions with Courtney has been an important component to my full recovery after four months of chemotherapy and several rounds of reconstruction surgery. She is a healer in many ways! With Courtney’s combination of great intuition, great listening skills and full mastery of the yoga practice – both on a personal and professional level – she develops and teaches the best individual practices based on the clients’ personal goals. She puts the “Om” in my hectic world as an extremely busy restaurateur and mother.
