I’ve been highly intrigued in aerial yoga for a very long time. Aerial yoga, however, hasn’t been a part of my yogi practice mainly because I was unaware of any studio in the area that offered it. Before diving right into a Flying Lotus class, I decided to take the aerial yoga workshop led by Courtney. I had such a great time at the workshop, and I felt surprisingly comfortable doing all of the poses including the inversion! Courtney is such an awesome teacher. She’s also very charismatic and made the class super fun.
