I’ve been practicing with Courtney for several years through classes at the Addison Penzak JCC. She is reliably upbeat and always challenges the class to higher levels of yoga. She keeps the classes fresh and always has an ever changing mix of interesting background music.
During these shelter-in-place times she has made a particular effort to continue with her classes online and also provide videos and outside practices that supplement her classes.
Overall, a caring and engaged yoga professional.
