Nada :: Sounds of a Vibrant Practice | A 50-hour YTT Immersion

From the single sound Om all that we know is created.

Music and sound are powerful communicators. Music has the ability to move us, to calm us, to agitate us. Sound is how we materialize that which we have downloaded; it is how we share and communicate our truth with the world.

In this immersion we will dive deep into the presence and benefit of both sound and silence in our yoga practice and in our lives. We will discover how sound affects our bodies on the physiological level, looking at the reaction of our brain, our bodies, and our nervous system to the vibrations. From the simple playlist to percussion instruments, singing bowls, and our own voices, we’ll explore how sound can create an immersive experience in your yoga practice, how it can enhance your classes and workshops, and how it can contribute to well-being in your life.
