Personal Yoga Instruction


Yoga at homeCourtney offers personal yoga sessions in the comfort and convenience of your own home or workplace.

Personal instruction is useful for a variety of people, including those who:

  • Want to develop their own personal practice, but don’t know where to start. Or, you have your own practice but feel it has grown stagnant and want ideas on how to take it to the next level.
  •  

  • Have a busy work/life schedule. Arrange instruction in your own home or office at a time that is convenient for you, saving time on driving.
  •  

  • Are a beginning yoga student who feels overwhelmed at the idea of starting out in a yoga studio or gym. Learn at your own pace, develop a solid foundation for your practice, and understand what types of yoga will work for you.
  •  

  • Are recovering from injury or have other health issues. Learn which poses will be beneficial for you or how to modify poses for your body.
  •  

  • Are an experienced yogi who wants to refine your practice. Focus on developing steadiness in your current practice or tackling new poses that you are unsure how to approach.

Courtney’s goal is to help others develop their own personal practice. She believes it is better to do a little every day than having a once a week session, which might be cost prohibitive, unless you have a full-time yogi on staff! For every client who makes the commitment to practice with her ongoing, she develops personal practice guides to meet your needs and helps reach your goals. This way you can begin to really see a difference in your practice, and feel comfortable working yoga into your life.
