Class Registration

Register for classes with the Om Fairy studio with the form below. The class schedule will change from month to month, season to season, so even if something is not currently on the schedule, indicate your preference for certain class types or times, and I will send you a special email when I make changes that align with your preferences. You can find the current class schedule here. There is a bye-week the 3rd full week of the month, where you will have access to pre-recorded sessions.

All classes are Pay What You Want.

Class descriptions:

  • The Bliss Practice: Yin, Marma, Massage

    Missing your massages? This grounded practice focuses on long-held, passive asanas to target the fascia, connective tissue, and joints in the body, providing a feeling of release similar to a deep tissue massage. We’ll utilize not only the postures of yin, but self massage techniques and manipulation of marma points to further enhance the practice, leaving you feeling blissed out and replenished.

  • Flow & Hold® Yoga

    Approach your yoga practice with an inquisitive mind, embracing the playfulness and joy that can exist in every moment. Class starts with vinyasa flow to bring warmth to the body, movement to the large muscle groups and joints, and focus to the mind through the introduction of variability in the flow. As the asana practice deepens, we begin to hold the poses longer, exploring the role our breath and the intrinsic muscles contribute to the refinement of the pose. As we discover ease and stillness in the postures and begin to witness the turnings of the mind, awareness of the connection of mind and body deepens, nourishing your entire being.

  • Renew & Restore

    This gentle class uses the combination of movement and gentle strengthening asanas to help you release tension and energy before moving into more restorative postures. As you move deeper into restoration, you’ll discover an increased awareness of your physical and mental state, calming the nervous system and gently relaxing both body and mind.
    This class is suitable for most levels.

  • The Reset

    Whether you are joining me for your morning practice, or later in the afternoon, this practice is all about shifting your energy and resetting for your day. We start this practice with techniques to help you find your center and gain clarity, incorporating meditation, pranayama, kriya, and mantra. Then we flow into a playful Flow & Hold Yoga practice. Feel nourished, recharged, and set the tone for a spectacular day or evening.

  • Slow Flow & Restore

    Working through a slow, gentle vinyasa flow, your body will release the accumulated tensions from your day as your mind focuses on your movement and your breath. As you find release from your physical and mental tensions, we’ll move into more restorative postures meant to calm the nervous system and gently relax both body and mind.

  • Stress Less Meditation

    Slow down and restore your mind and body with meditations designed to boost your parasympathetic nervous system and bring a sense of calm and quiet to your entire being. Each week Courtney will share a meditation session that will draw you into a deeply relaxed state. We’ll explore practices such as body as yantra, mindfulness meditation, and yoga nidra to help you strengthen the mind, build willpower, increase focus, and of course, decrease stress.

  • Vigorous Vinyasa

    Build heat in the body through dynamic, playful vinyasa flows incorporating sun salutations and unique flows based on standing and balancing poses before exploring more complex poses that will challenge your mind as well as your body. There is a strong focus on utilizing the breath and awareness to establish ease and steadiness in the practice.

  • Yoga Nidra

    This powerful meditation that takes you into a deep state of rest. In this class you’ll rest in a supported savasana and be guided through the relaxation of your entire body. As you release into a deeply relaxed state, you’ll activate the parasympathetic nervous system and find the brainwaves slowing to a similar state as in deep sleep. This deep state of conscious rest lets you taste nirodha and leaves you feeling less stressed, rejuvenated, and recharged.
